I have a problem about UPS shipping.
I bought masks from China on 4/ 15. My package shipped 4/17/2020, UPS express shipping. My package weight 21 KG. The total money I bought and shipping cost is $1321.00 UDS. Usually UPS shipping door to door take 7 to 9 days for delivery time.
Until now, it is 31 days already, my package is still in the Shenzhen's warehouse. This is an unusually situation. They scan my package very often like every other day, but they did not send my package. I called UPS, no one answer. I messaged them, they received my message but not respond. I called UPS in China and messaged them, They did not respond.
Please give me advice if you have meet the similar situation before.
