Anyone else have this trouble. I have a UPS account and am used to getting a discount, however now even though all my data is still there, it tells me there is no discount? Thoughts? Help! Cannot afford the full price, will put me out of business. Sarah
I have the same problem. I contacted chat support and they told me I needed a paypal business account to get this, although I can't find that written anywhere.
