Types of acceptable debit cards

Which types of card are acceptable for cashback offers.I have done the transaction using kotak 811 but my cashback has not been given to me due to Virtual debit card issue

Are virtual debit cards not eligible for Cashback ? If not, Paypal should mention it under terms and conditions. I ln any case if we can use virtual debit cards for payment through PayPal, they should also be providing Cashback for the same
