Hello I am trying to get a refund for a product. I have tried to use the paypal refund page many times since 11 am it is now 11 pm and I keep getting the same error every time here is the error.

Here is an edited version of what I am putting.
Emails sent to seller returned as not being able to deliver Product Website (I put web address of product) Product web page also saved as picture see attached for item received and item advertised
I then add 3 pics 1 png (pic of whole web page of product)and 2 jpg (pictures of what I received) each pic is under 10 mb combined all pics = 7 mb
