I have repeatedly tried to get this debit card. Every time I try, it first asks me to choose a year that is closest to my birthdate. Since one of the options is always the exact year I was born, I choose it, but them am told that they cannot verify my identity. I cannot get more accurate than the EXACT year I was born. So, then I try again later, and it tells me that they are verifying some information and will get back to me. Except no one ever does. I have been trying this for weeks now, and I'm getting no where. Any suggestions?
