Trouble setting up mobile PIN

I’m trying to set up a PIN for my paypal app instead of a password. When I go to the Login and Security page which is where the instructions say to create a PIN, the page is blank. I’ve tried rebooting my phone and reinstalling the app. How am I supposed to create a PIN? Also there is no place under security using a regular desktop browser in my account to create one either. Help!

I'm sorry to hear that the screen for PIN creation isn't loading in the app. You did the right things, reinstalling the app and rebooting your phone.
