Trouble creating link

Even though the app tells me that my link is available and ready to go I keep getting an error and it keeps telling me to try again. What should I do?

I was having that trouble too until I created the link online instead of through the app. Use this link and look for the PayPal. Me link https://www.paypal.com/ie/smarthelp/article/what-is-paypal.me-faq3025?app=searchAutoComplete
