I was trying to place an order for a new computer through EBUYER UK, however the transaction failed when I was on the website so I gave it a few hours an tried again.
Now I have two pending transactions and nothing has gone through the merchant.
I have been trying to contact customer support but I get cut off (it doesn't even ring).
Have anyone had the same issue? If so how did you manage to sort it?
