I want to use a pool to gather sponsor money for an event. 50 of us are doing a Firewalk in a couple of months. However, the charity is not registered with any of the existing standard services (i.e. Just Giving) so we cant setup a funding page .... so we're looking at PayPal pools.
I have read that if the pool has not reached it's target amount then the money cannot be transferred out - is this correct?

Many of the participants will be setting up their own pool and setting targets from £50 to £300 .... but if they don't hit their target before the event then can they access the funds?
