I draw unemployment in AL. I did a transfer from the State issued debit card 3 days ago nearly. It still has not showed in my paypal prepaid mastercard account. Anyone else know about transfer delays? The money was taken from my AL Unemployment Card instantaneously. Is paypal just slow on transfers?
