There's no confirm button to ship my paypal cash mastercard???

I got an email from paypal after applying for paypal cash (yes I checked to make sure its the real paypal) Telling me:

To confirm that you’re the account holder, we require a quick security check to make sure we can mail the card. Please click Confirm and follow the instructions.

Except there's no confirm button anywhere on the email...

same issue here I've been looking all over the resolution center and calling and they are not helping me at all
