The unused ₹ 600.00 voucher has been cancelled !??!

Why did my voucher get cancelled? 

I received the voucher after matching all the condition.

There was a size issue in my order so I planned to place a new order and canceled the current one. However, along with that cancellation, my voucher also went away.

Please get the voucher back. There is no mention in the TnC that if an order ir partially returned the voucher will be canceled. I still match the condition and the voucher should be in my account.

I heard a lot of good Paypal things from my friend and hence came here did my first txn and I AM DOOMED!.

Please credit that back ASAP!!!

PayPal cashback voucher can be returned under the following situations. Do give these a careful read.

1. Case 1: If a user pays INR 100 - INR 20 through PayPal cashback voucher and INR 80 through Funding instrument (FI) and the ENTIRE purchase is cancelled:
   • User gets INR 80 in the FI and INR 20 as PayPal cashback voucher (if the offer is still valid)
2. Case 2: If a user pays INR 100 - INR 20 through PayPal cashback voucher and INR 80 through FI and the PARTIAL purchase (INR 50) is cancelled:
   • First preference given to credit back to FI. In this case, INR 50 credited to FI and no credit of PayPal cashback voucher
3. Case 3: If a user pays INR 100 - INR 20 through PayPal cashback voucher and INR 80 through FI and a PARTIAL refund (INR 90) is issued:
   • First preference given to credit back to FI followed by PayPal cashback voucher. In this case, INR 80 credited to FI and INR 10 as credit to PayPal cashback voucher as long as the offer is still valid.

Dear Sharpiemarker,

The link you provided for voucher TnC is related to some other offer that has 50% cashback upto 200.

The offer that I availed is Myntra. See the screenshot attached it has no such TnC and how can someone expect to read the entire website to avail a discount. I wasn't aware of this cancellation and as ridiculous it sounds NO ONE IS GOING TO READ AN ENTIRE WEBSITE TO AVAIL ONE OFFER!!

You need to understand this that I was not conveyed and your hidden TnC that lies into some corner of the website and I will have to suffer for not memorizing your whole website content!!

If you agree that I was cheated and yes this is legit. Then I will let of my argument here and the that you fooled me.

Say yes to my statement above and I will think about my next steps.
