I repaid my 4th Working Capital loan early and have spoken to Paypal about still be refused despite my figures through Paypal increasing - I was told it was just a time issue like sometimes happens.
This morning my mobile app has the application facility (still turned me down) but the Paypal site on my desktop does not - I thought maybe i was losing my marbles but if you click on the Working Capital tab it just gives you FAQ
Does that mean they are running different apps mobile / desktop or I am losing the plot in lockdown -
