Has anyone had any luck getting refund from this company? They debit my account for $36 But only refunded $11 when I cancelled my order after it has been 5 weeks and it’s not even shipped

Hope you can help. I purchased a t-shirt via face book and paid through pay pal. Since then i've attempted to get in touch with them through the email link via paypal and it keeps bouncing back and don't have an order no. So can't send an email through their web page either, i keep going around in circles. Does you or any one else know how i can get in touch with them please ??? Much appreciated.. Adele
