I have had an unfortunate experience. I have tried in the past and today to make a purchase online using my PayPal debit card. The unfortunate part is it will not let me. A key variable is that these websites, sometimes, use the PayPal platform to provide a more secure purchase for customers. However, I can NOT use my PayPal debit card! So, if someone would suggest guidance how to resolve this great!
Factors:
1) account has more than enough funds to cover purchase.
2)This scenario is the only type of transaction I have had issue
3)I have keyed in and scanned in card-same results(many times)
4)error message: INVALID CARD NUMBER
