Hi. Potential eBay buyer often asking estimate shipping cost from Canada to international. Each time I tried to found that on Shippo website they charge me for a label printing, I did not print cause that customer even did not buy item, was not info of buyer like an name, address, phone etc. One time Shippo refund, that time there is no option. What to do? Even for refund I have to pay PayPal fee for that transaction??
