I am trying to print my shipping labels and it is not allowing me to do so I get this message "Your payment for shipping cannot be processed because it exceeds your available balance. Please add a credit card or bank to your account for completing this label purchase. ERRORCODE-50023" I am unsure how this is the case when there is enough money in the paypal and bank account to cover the charges. Please help I have a deadline. thank you.
