I just recently released a store on shopify and I am using paypal for my checkout service. Paypal won't release my funds until each customers package is sent so none of the money is available to me. I tried to print a shipping label using paypal but everytime I enter the info and try to calculate shipping cost to purchase it says unable to submit my request. Also, how long does it take for them to review your information once you submit your ID. This process is getting very tedious and there's literally no one you can call. Someone please help.
