I work for a non-profit organization registered in Zambia - we would like to have a PayPal account linked to our Stanbic business bank account. The main purpose of the account is to receive payments internationally. With Covid-19 no phone lines for PayPal appear to be open and when you go through the portal to message them its impossible to do. Each time I attempt to load the Paypal business page it says 'page not found'. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
