I was selling multiple items, in this case just two, the buyer selected and paid for one item. In my rush I accidentally packaged two items. I’ve already contacted the buyer and told him I would like the extra item sent back to me. How do I send them a return label without canceling the original order? How do I make this a painless as possible for both parties? Thanks!
