Saying Incorrect Password on PayPal app for BlackBerry Z10

Hi,

Whenever I open my PayPal app keeps stating I have entered the incorrect password even though I am entering correct password.

It is working on the desktop version.

Can this glitch be resolved  ? Is this issue only occurring on Blackberry 10 and upwards Operating Systems ?

or will I have to go back to an proper Android phone ?

As it worked fine on my back up phone (Samsung Galaxy S4 unfortunately the screen is damaged and do not want to spend over £40 on a new screen for such an old smartphone).
