SHIPPING LABEL ISSUES

When i try creating a label i keep getting this message "Your payment for shipping cannot be processed because it exceeds your available balance. Please add a credit card or bank to your account for completing this label purchase. ERRORCODE-50023" but i clearly have a card on file which is set up as my preferred payment type AND i also have money in my paypal balance

Try this, 

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your prefered way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed. SELECT YOUR CARD.

If that doesn't work come back for another option.

That did not work for me, any other idea? I called PayPal and they don't even know why this is happening.

@xodiana  Did you ever get it to stop doing that? If so, how please! I need to ship something asap. Thank you very much!
