So I accepted buyer sent me the money and he accepted and confirmed that he got the item. My money are on hold and he requested a refund and i agreed with that, I received the item back and paypal tells me that: "You have agreed to a full refund and requested the buyer to ship the item to the address mentioned. Once you confirm that you've received the item, we'll process the refund and close this case." . How do I agree that i have received the item back?
