I decided to use Royal Mail so I could walk to my local post office. My first walk for 2 weeks following Covid.
when I got there they couldn’t recognise the QR code - saying it was Royal Mail Eagle.
they couldn’t help any further.
ive had enough of the Royal Mail and will never use them agai.
Their online experience was confusing to say the very least.
how can I cancel this service, get my money back and start afresh ( with Hermes)?
