Hi,

I have money on my PayPay balance and want to transfer to another PayPay account of a different user. I've spent 5 days trying to work out if it is possible, and if so how to do it.

I tried sending a payment, but instead of transferring money from my PayPay balance it took the money from my Bank and paid that into the PayPal account of the user and left the my PayPal balance alone! What use is this? 

Anyway, I will transfer £10 into the PayPal account of the first user that can tell me how to do it!

Desperate times calls for desperate action.
