Return Shipping

I have a dispute in the Resolution Center, the seller agreed for me to return merchandise for a full refund, I am satisfied with that, my concern is I would like the seller yo pay for the return shipping. Is this possible?

You can ask seller to provide the funds to buy your label once you find out how much to ship back or provide a label to you but this is something PayPal cannot enforce so its up to seller to agree to and follow through with. Within PayPal disputes, you are not entitled to return shipping costs, and nor can PayPal refund you more than what you originally paid.

But, PayPal has a return shipping refund program for future purchases if this return is not eligible:
