Paypal tells me to go to Paypal.com/Returns to activate this option. When I do, it always redirects me to another URL for sending & receiving money. I have asked Paypal about 8 times and they keep giving me the same stupid instructions, even after I tell them it doesnt work. Anyone have any ideas how to activate this ? Apparently I have to activate it before I ship return product, and that time frame is disappearing fast.
