I am trying to open a problem case through the resolution centre about a product I received that is not as described. The case opens fine and I can put in all the relevant information. However, when I submit it, it takes ages to load and then this message appears:
" Internal Server Error - Write
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I don't know what to do to get my problem into the system! Please help!
