Hi I have recently come across a problem purchasing a product off depop as it did not arrive. The seller hasn't been replying for 3 days so I opened a dispute on PayPal and reported on depop so he finally got back to me saying that he is sorry and I have been refunded. However, I do not see any refunds on my activity and no money has been added to my account. Is he lying and should I escalate it to PayPal? Or how long should I wait before doing so?

Escalate whenever you want to. As long as you do it before the dispute times out.

If the seller had refunded you then the dispute would have automatically closed, as it seems not to have done so then the refund was not issued.
