I purchased a flight with Thai airways back in February, however since the corona virus pandemic they have cancelled my flight. They have automatically issued me with a voucher which has to be used by 2021. Unfortunately I have been made redundant from my job so unlikely that I will be able to use this voucher by next year. I have tried to contact them in regards to a refund as I am eligible as they have cancelled the flight. There is no number to phone but I am being constantly told to email them, I have done on a number of occasions approx 5 and have not received a single reply. I am just wondering if anything could be done this side to help me get the refund.
