Refund on postage of incorrect item supplied

Hi

I ordered a laser light and the sender sent the completely wrong item.

They then said I could have a discount of 20% if I kept the item.

I declined and returned the product but cost me $30 to return.

I have received the refund for original item, but am out of pocket the $30 postage.

Basically what has happened is they have advertised a PS5, sent me a PS3 said I can keep that for 20% discount.

I have returned the PS3 and it has cost me $30!!!!!

Is this normal or should I still get the postage returned?

Have you activated this link so that you can click on the transaction in your paypal account and claim the return shipping costs at the bottom of that details page?
