Refund Dispute

Hi, I ordered some clothes from this company back in January and one of the items was faulty and one didn’t turn up. I got my money back for the one that didn’t turn up but the faulty one they have refunded me short. They asked me to return the item and when they received it they refunded me short. They promised me in early April they would refund me the remaining $4.84 they hadn’t included and £13.50 I had to pay to post the item back. However, they are not reading my emails and keep repeating themselves saying I have to keep waiting and that they’ve already paid me (the wrong amount) even though I keep saying they owe me more. I am just getting ignored and it’s frustrating as this has been going on for over 2 months now. I don’t know if anyone can help me at all?
