Referral system in paypal?

Do paypal provide any referal system to refer friends so that when they sign up we can earn money?

We do not offer a general referral program. However, we may run temporarily offers that can reward you in case you refer a friend to PayPal. The availability of the offer may depend on the Country and you would receive an email in case you are eligible.
