Refer a friend

Hi guys had anyone referred a friend and gotten the 10 quid? If yes , how long did it take

I referred a friend on the 24th Sep ‘20 and we still haven’t had the £10. Contacted chat mid Dec and was told it will be paid by 31st Jan. Now 3rd Feb still no payment. Contacted chat again and was told to ring customer services, they’re experiencing high volumes of calls and referred me back to chat. I think it’s a scam
