I am sorry to hear that you are having issues receiving a credit for referring a friend. Once all the steps have been completed fully, the credit would be issued right away. If you have completed the steps and you are still not seeing the credit, please contact our customer service. Hello Brooke. I tried messaging through Facebook, and it refers to a link that I click on, I've tried the link numerous times, although it's taking me to an invalid page, where do I proceed from here? Link posted at bottom of email.
