Hi, I have referred my friends to Paypal and they have signed up and spent £5+ using there accounts but neither of us has got our £10 bonus. We both live in the UK and have UK bank accounts, I have read the terms and conditions of the promo and we both meet the standards to receive the money and we have not got it yet, please help us.
