Im wondering if it worked or not i sent them the one cent payment ended up being 2 cents then they spent money or sent money but nothing seemed to happen. Its been almost two weeks now I wonder why it hasnt worked?

I'm glad PayPal showed me ahead of time how they honor their promotions. Almost 2 months ago a friend referred me during a $10 promotion. Long story short...it took this amount of time, multiple messages and repeated steps to receive what was not offered...a $10 voucher, in the wallet, redeemable only in the offer section when its valid. I'm constantly amazed at how these million dollar money makers are that greedy. Needless to say I wasn't alone. Oh, friend never recieved a thing for referal!
