I am finding that the parent bank, Bancorp is not publicy, recognizing these accounts as their own, although we are given routing numbers owned by Bancorp. This creates a situation that does not allow us to use our PayPal prepaid MasterCards as a verifiable funding source. Bancorp owns some of the shadier pre-pay companies like netspend. Our hands are tied when we try to move money out of this account too. The only option that we are given, is to have them mail us a check that will arrive in two weeks, or so. They also do not reimburse you for fraudulent claims, in my experience. I wish I knew all of this before I started this $5 per month account... I just got a new account that is similar with the company called simple. It is free, and flexible so far. My only remaining challenge is getting my money back from this paypal card.. Good luck
