Receiving payments

I received a mail from PayPal saying that I received 10 dollars from rewards store and for that to be deposited to my account I had to verify my bank account and provide the missing details which I did but still did not receive my payment. Do I need to upgrade my account to business profile or did I do something wrong or is better to contact help center.
