Hello PayPal users,
I know that there were a lot of messages from users of my country asking if PayPal will work with full capacity in our Country in the past few days.
That's because there were some changes applied, more precisely a bill was passed that allows Macedonians to open bank accounts in foreign countries.
Does the PayPal Management need that bill translated into English, and if so will it help our case by introducing all the PayPal features to my country, like Receiving Funds and Withdrawing money? I know a couple of my co-citizens that were on the phone or email day and night with PayPal to overcome this problem, and PayPal said that the only thing stopping them from giving us all the features were the legal regulations mentioned above.
