Never mind, I just talked to Customer Service again (for about the 4th time). This time, the gentleman was able to figure out the issue. It seems my rewards are linked to another PayPal ID I had been using previously. If I log into PayPal with that ID, and then link my PayPal MasterCard (which will take 24-48 hours apparently), then my rewards should appear on that account. I'm crossing my fingers now and hoping this will finally be resolved.
