Today I reloaded my PayPal prepaid MasterCard for $160. I called the number on the back 15 minutes after to make sure I got the money. When I called it said I had $160. 8 hours later I go to send the money to my friend and it keeps saying card declined. When I call the number again it says I have $64 in my account and I have 3 transactions for $53,$43,and $1. I can’t find these transactions online anywhere and I’m afraid someone I stealing my $97 that I didn’t buy anything with.
