Hello.
I recently tried to purchase some solar panels online using Pay Pal online credit. My application was declined. When I sought the reason why I was told by Pay Pals bank they did not have enough information on my credit history.
When looking at everyones answers to this situation the common response is, "eventually you will qualify" or something to that effect.
My question is HOW? What can I do myself to increase my Pay Pal Credit online credit limit and how do I know what it is quantitatively?
