Purchased tickets that were fake

Hi, i bought tickets via PayPal for a show last night but they were fake tickets so obviously we were not allowed in. I have tried going through the resolutions but it won't let me do it for some reason. Any advice please?

1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
2. Click "Report a problem" 
3. Click “I received an item that's significantly not as described”.
