Alright so I tried to purchase an item through Newegg a few hours ago. I completed my purchase using Pay in 4. After finishing the checkout process, Paypal immediately charged me the first payment, but the seller was listed as Pay in 4 and not Newegg. Newegg never received my order and it seems as if Paypal just stole a lot of money from me. How can I get this resolved?
