Purchase - Fuzhou Libu Network Technology Co. Ltd

I recently purchased what I thought was a woollen jumper form Fuzhou Libu Network Technology Co Ltd.

 

I do not know their email address to enquire directly so an email was sent via Pay Pal as I requested a refund. 

 

They then replied with a tracking number asking for patience - fair enough its COVID time and mail delays. I did wonder why no earlier tracking number was supplied though.

 

The item is received but it is not the item I purchased, same colour and a top but not at all the same as description and certainly not wool.

 

What can I do please
