I sent a penny to someone during a promotion by PayPal to gain new accounts. Each of us was to receive $10 but neither of us have. I made a phone call about this but have still not received the payment! Anyone else experience this with PayPal ?
Thank you but yes all stipulations were met and I have phoned and the young lady I spoke with agreed I had met all terms but yet I have not received the $10 nor has the person I referred and who accepted the .01 cent and made her purchase of over $100 before the December deadline.
