Ok I own a marketing company and we received a request to Print labels. The customer sent a deposit and the artwork for bottle labels. We sent a proof, it was approved and exactly what she ordered. It took months to get the balance but once we did we shipped the labels. She claimed to be out of town but said she no longer wanted the labels and was sending them back sight unseen. I sent the text, her email approving the proofs, her originals and of course PayPal has the history of my requests begging for payment and her excuses of family problems, etc. They have taken the money out of my account and I am not sure how to get it back.
