Product not received from dealextreme

I had placed an order for Sandisk Micro SDHC TF Card w/ Micro SDXC Card Adapter with Deal extreme, for which they have also received payment. However, almost 50 days have gone by since they shipped it. I have tried various ways to contact their Customer Service to inquire of the delay but have been absolutely unsuccessful.  I am finding that if I cannot get in touch with them, how can I find out what is happening. Presently I am at total loss.

Locate the payment transaction in your account activity, click it, and click "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received dispute to get your money back. Then buy the item again from a more reputable merchant.

I have logged into my PAYPAL account and I do see the payment transaction as completed but I do not see anywhere on the screen where I can click on  "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received dispute and request my money back.
