I can't ship to an APO address. After I fill out the customs forms, which asks for weight. The error message I get is "weight on custom forms does not match shipping weight. With the flat rate I cannot select a shipping weight. Any way around this?
Same problem and don't bother trying to contact a Paypal customer service rep, they are beyond useless. He just said it was a usps problem, not a paypal problem. I don't have that problem on the usps site. I even requested that I be directed to the proper place to lodge a formal complaint so that perhaps it could be fixed and he just repeated that it wasn't their problem, so useless.
